We're looking for a detail-obsessed account orchestrator who thrives on managing high-value, complex B2B deals from execution through delivery. This isn't a hunting role — it's about flawlessly executing multi-stakeholder projects shaped by leadership, while keeping every detail, timeline, and internal handoff locked down.
The Key Account Executive will be assigned some of the most important accounts for the company. The focus will be to evolve the relationship with our key customers as well as identify new opportunities for growth. You’ll be a brand representative for Sportiqe; educating customers on our products and providing white-glove customer service.
This role is a full-time salary role based out of our Tempe, AZ office reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with the Executive Team. This is a not a remote role. Travel expectation is 5-10% annually.
RequirementsWHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM - Key Account Executive
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience handling B2B accounts in product-based sales (physical goods), preferably handling SKU variation and custom orders.
- Wholesale apparel or product experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (3–6+ months) with demanding, high-end clients across multiple locations
- Exceptional organizational skills — you've managed multiple concurrent projects with shifting timelines and intricate details without anything slipping
- You build strong rapport and trust to maintain a partnership with special accounts.
- You are confident in taking action and are self motivated.
- You have familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and proficiency in Google Suite is a plus!
- You are an effective communicator (written & verbal) with organizational and presentation skills that will help contribute to the overall success of this role.

- Analyze data to track key account performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional execution to manage intricate internal workflows and complex deals, owning every detail including timelines, SKU variations, and fulfillment across multiple concurrent projects
- Care for key accounts, giving them speedy and attentive customer service, collaborating with internal teams through proactive communication and follow through to create and deliver a great customer experience.
- Uncover customer needs and present the proper solution by demonstrating knowledge of Sportiqe’s products and value propositions.
- Remain composed and adaptable as orders change or timelines shift without losing track of details. You thrive on being steady when everything else is moving.
- High-touch client management - You'll manage their expectations, solve problems proactively, and ensure every order — from initial design concepts through final delivery — exceeds their bar.
