Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tempe, AZ, for a National Account Manager specializing in SaaS and B2B sales. The National Account Manager will manage and expand key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with clients. The role also involves crafting innovative sales strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SaaS and B2B sales, account management, and business development
  • Strong skills in relationship management, client negotiation, and customer retention
  • Knowledge of market research, sales strategy creation, and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue-based targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in technology or software industry is a plus
