The Sales Development Representative (SDR) exists to fuel the engine of the sales team. Your primary objective is simple and measurable:
Fill the producers pipeline and calendar with real sales conversations.
At a minimum, you are expected to generate 4 quality conversations per day, per producer. These conversations are the foundation of everything we do they lead to appointments, presentations, closed deals, and income.
This role is fast-paced, people-focused, competitive, and fun. Youll be talking to business owners and families daily, both on the phone and in person. If you enjoy energy, momentum, teamwork, and winning youll thrive here.

CompensationThis is a performance-based, commission-driven role.
You earn 30% of the producers closed commission on business generated through your efforts.
Income Examples (Based on Proven Metrics)Assumptions:

These numbers are not theoretical they are achievable by following the system consistently.

Responsibilities Primary ObjectiveConsistently fill producer calendars and pipelines
Generate a minimum of 4 quality conversations per day per producer
Create momentum through disciplined, repeatable activity
Daily Sales & Prospecting ActivitiesOutbound phone sales and appointment setting
In-person business-to-business drop-by introductions
Work assigned lead categories, including:
- Winbacks
- Cross-sales
- Aged leads
- Quotes not closed
Complete live transfers to the sales team when appropriate
Confidently overcome objections
Think quickly on your feet in live conversations
Training & DevelopmentParticipate in daily sales training
Ongoing education and role-play
Implement coaching and feedback
Track, record, and submit daily activity
What Your Day Might Look Like8:00 AM Sales training, individual recap, and team recap
9:00 AM 12:00 PM In-person prospecting and commercial lead generation
12:00 PM 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM Midday recap and strategy reset
1:15 PM 4:45 PM Phone outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and live transfers
4:45 PM Record and submit daily activity
