- Load, update and process commercial landscape projects for production by the estimating team.
- Read and interpret commercial landscape drawings as pertains to the estimating process.
- Communicate via phone or email with Customers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Support Representatives about project information, documents and timelines needed.
- Generate submittal reports for completed projects.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and One Drive
- Knowledge of landscape irrigation parts and their use
- Experience in reading commercial landscape drawings and specifications
- High school, secondary diploma or equivalent required
- 1 – 3 years of customer service / administrative experience
- 1–3 years of experience in the landscape industry

Starting pay will depend on factors such as location and experience, and will always meet or exceed applicable state and local minimum wage laws.
