• Salary Range
  : $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and book size)

  Fully in-office position at Tempe, AZ location

• Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-sized accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
• Collaborate with producers to provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Handle all aspects of the client lifecycle, including cross‑selling and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

• Licenses/Certifications
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in commercial lines; 3‑5 years preferred.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
