The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will strategically position guest rooms, meeting space, and the full suite of Hyatt services to new and existing clients. This is a high‑visibility role that blends business development, account management, and on‑property experience to deliver results.

You’ll actively generate new business, cultivate key accounts, conduct compelling site inspections, and craft persuasive proposals that convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently present solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is energized by building relationships and closing business.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
• 1–3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
• Solid computer proficiency and comfort working within CRM and hotel systems
• Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred
• Training or demonstrated strength in selling, negotiation, business writing, and presentations preferred
