ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
** Design, manage, and optimize customer journey flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and implement solutions.
* Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of user issues.
* Conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and user competency.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
* Partner with the commercial team to translate business objectives into effective Salesforce journey solutions.
* Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable, with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Effective English communication skills (both oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Interest in business processes and systems.
