As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You’ll help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion.

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
