We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, build, and win. This is not an entry-level sales role. We want someone who understands staffing, understands clients, and knows what it takes to grow accounts and bring in revenue.

Our office is based in Tempe, AZ, but your opportunities are not limited by location. The sky is the limit on where you can sell and how much you can earn.

• Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships
• Prospect, cold call, network, and close deals
• Sell staffing solutions across multiple industries
• Manage and grow client accounts
• Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing

• Previous staffing industry sales experience REQUIRED
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone driven, competitive, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Experience in temporary staffing, direct hire, or workforce solutions preferred
