Inside Sales Representative

Priority1 is a nationwide logistics consulting company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are currently looking for motivated college graduates to join our Tempe office as Inside Sales Representatives and help grow our business.

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Developing lead generation strategies and utilizing CRM to track activity
• Setting up new accounts and selling Priority1 services
• Training customers on web‑based shipping and technology platforms
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships

All new Inside Sales Reps receive best‑in‑class training led by the Executive Development Team. Trainees learn the freight industry and refine their sales techniques and skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0‑2 years of sales or related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a focus on solutions

• $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission
