ADP is hiring a Retirement Plan Specialist
.

In this role, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions to small and midsized companies, connecting with new clients and helping millions of employees on the road to retirement readiness.

What you'll do:
  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. In addition to selling Retirement Services solutions, strategically cultivate additional business with HRO Partners and Financial Advisors.
  • Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
To succeed in this role:
Required qualifications
  • Proven Winner. Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, including prospecting and territory management.
  • Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent style; capable of cold calling, time management, and presenting ideas clearly on paper, in‑person, and over the phone.
  • Team Player. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
  • Trusted Advisor. Builds relationships, lives integrity, delivers on promises every time.

A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes:

  • Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
  • Military experience.
Bonus points for these:
Preferred qualifications
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6/63 licensing. Candidates with sales acumen will be considered after appropriate licensing within the first 45 days.

Salary: USD $56,100 – $121,500 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, or commissions.
