Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)- Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach within the AZ Multi‑Family market
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Multi‑Family client accounts
- Conduct regular onsite visits to client properties across the territory to maintain relationships and identify staffing needs
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requests
- Deliver a high level of client service to support retention and account expansion
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance against established sales goals
- Represent JWilliams Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role while managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the AZ market
- Experience in the Multi‑Family housing or property management industry
- Prior staffing or service‑based sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
