Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach within the AZ Multi‑Family market
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Multi‑Family client accounts
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to client properties across the territory to maintain relationships and identify staffing needs
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requests
  • Deliver a high level of client service to support retention and account expansion
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance against established sales goals
  • Represent JWilliams Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field‑based role while managing multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the AZ market
Preferred
  • Experience in the Multi‑Family housing or property management industry
  • Prior staffing or service‑based sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
