Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Tempe, AZ. The Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with school districts, acting as a primary point of contact for client needs and service inquiries. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new school partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Pro Care Therapy’s services to decision makers.

The role involves coordinating with recruiting and clinical teams to match clinicians with school openings, managing contract details, and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. The Account Executive will also monitor account performance, address client concerns, prepare reports and forecasts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account oversight, and customer service within a B2B or education-related environment.
  • Proven experience in sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and negotiating agreements or contracts.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities, with attention to detail and accountability for meeting goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to school administrators and internal teams.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work on-site with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in education, staffing, healthcare, or related professional services is preferred but not required.
