Senior Rentals Cold Storage Account Manager

As a Senior Rentals Cold Storage Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling container cold storage rental solutions to potential clients. This role requires a strong technical background in refrigeration systems and a solid understanding of the container cold storage industry. The primary objective is to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets.

What

You Will Do
  • Utilize account management process to identify new customers and develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly updating the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them select the most suitable container cold storage solutions based on their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and customize container cold storage solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their ongoing needs are met and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance advice, and coordination with the technical team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During site visits the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four‑year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years of business development and solution sales experience in the refrigeration market space.
  • Candidates without a 4‑year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
  • First‑hand experience and strong working knowledge in one or more of the following vertical markets:
    Cold Storage Warehousing, Food and Beverage, Food Processing or Pharmaceutical.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
