Job Overview

Territory Manager – Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on new business acquisition, prospecting door‑to‑door B2B sales, lead generation, CRM use, account setup and management, and development into senior management positions.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new business (door‑to‑door cold calling involved)
  • Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
  • Setting up new accounts and selling product or service solutions
  • Managing accounts after sale
Training and Development
  • Three weeks of corporate training in the first 24 months
  • POSSIBLE additional senior territory manager and management trainings later in career
  • Fast Start Program: 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication)
  • Involvement in campus activities; athletic backgrounds highly recommended
  • Natural enthusiasm and energy
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strong desire to succeed
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $40,000
  • Uncapped commission
