Job Overview
Territory Manager – Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on new business acquisition, prospecting door‑to‑door B2B sales, lead generation, CRM use, account setup and management, and development into senior management positions.
Responsibilities- Prospecting new business (door‑to‑door cold calling involved)
- Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
- Setting up new accounts and selling product or service solutions
- Managing accounts after sale
- Three weeks of corporate training in the first 24 months
- POSSIBLE additional senior territory manager and management trainings later in career
- Fast Start Program: 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management
- 0–2 years of sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication)
- Involvement in campus activities; athletic backgrounds highly recommended
- Natural enthusiasm and energy
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Determined to be part of a winning team
- Strong desire to succeed
- Base salary of $40,000
- Uncapped commission
- $500 monthly car allowance
