• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers
• Maintain CRM and customer records accurately
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with management and finance teams to complete deals
• Stay current on new vehicle inventory, products, and industry trends
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
