Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B Technology Sales Representative to sell high‑demand business solutions, including phone systems, managed IT, security and other services, across a nationwide sales territory. This is a remote or field‑based full‑time position with uncapped, 100% commission‑based compensation.
Compensation- 10–15% commission on new sales
- 5–7% recurring commission on monthly services
- Ongoing residual commissions for as long as client accounts remain active (no cap)
- Business Phone Systems
- Managed IT Services
- Security Camera Systems
- Low‑Voltage Cabling (Phoenix Metro Area)
- Network Infrastructure Solutions
- Ideal backgrounds include Managed IT, Telecom, VoIP, SaaS, Security Systems, Merchant Services, Copier Sales, or other B2B sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hybrid (office and remote) with flexibility to work remotely or in the field. Nationwide sales territory.
