ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate.
As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology.
You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
You will provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business. In addition, ADP offers high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest technology.
Daily goals include the number of dials, talk time, and appointments set. As your performance grows, you will have autonomy, flexibility within your daily schedule, and virtual appointments. The role includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Grow the business and your own by closing sales and reaching goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a targeted strategy.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily, serving as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Acumen using new tools – quick to learn new tech and leverage real‑time data.
- Positive self‑starter – upbeat, persistent, proactive outreach, time management, and presentation skills.
- Continuous learner – always learning, growing, and improving processes.
- A college degree is not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of sales experience, a sales internship, or military experience with teamwork and negotiation skills.

- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
- Experience with video platforms.
