ADP Sales Representative, Mid‑Sized Accounts

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative focused on building and managing relationships with mid‑market companies. You will learn and leverage ADP’s leading HCM technology suite while working with experienced associates, driving strategic discussions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Grow our business while growing your own by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win new clients, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily and serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating professional ethics and grace under pressure.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold‑call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Confidently fearless—embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.
  • Trusted advisor—build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises every time.
  • College degree is a plus but not required; other acceptable experience includes:
    • Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
    • Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
    • Prior military experience focusing on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
