Overview

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide them in purchasing vehicles within a no‑haggle sales environment. The role requires timely response to leads, providing information, and guiding prospective buyers from initial contact through an in‑store experience, ultimately delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond promptly to leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle inventory, financing options, and promotions.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their lifestyle, budget, and expectations.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and transition clients to the Service department for ongoing support.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred, especially in retail.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Willingness and ability to follow up with customers.
• Comfortable using technology and online sales tools.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Monthly salary range: $2,858 to $8,700.
