• Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Tempe, AZ (in-person)

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will manage incoming internet leads and follow up daily with our customer database. Your role is to engage and assist potential customers prior to their visit, set appointments, and support them through the sales process both online and in person.

• Respond promptly to internet leads and follow up with customers regularly
• Set appointments and answer customer inquiries professionally and clearly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with selecting vehicles and conduct test drives following desired routes
• Guide customers through the purchasing process to delivery
• Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to finalize sales negotiations and paperwork
• Attend trainings and departmental meetings as required
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Inspect inventory and research vehicle availability using dealership systems

• Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday with holiday work as required

• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of automotive Internet sales experience preferred
• At least 1 year of related Internet sales management experience or equivalent training
• Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Well-organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain customer relationships before and after sales
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
