GO2 is our 12‑month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in technical sales. Because our Account Manager and Outside Sales roles require a rare mix of both technical and sales skills, we created this dynamic program that sets individuals up for success and a long‑term career with us. You will receive comprehensive training, hands‑on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full‑time sales role in an assigned territory in the Phoenix area.
WhatYou will Do
- Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Phoenix, where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in‑depth product training.
- Learn full‑cycle outside sales and relationship‑building skills with new and existing customers.
- Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
- Learn about the latest industrial technology and how to apply it to real‑world applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering (preferred).
- Internship or co‑op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Mechanical interest and aptitude.
- Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.
- Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance‑based environment.
This is a full‑time, paid position with a transition into a full‑time Account Manager upon completion of the program.

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000+ per year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
At successful completion of the training program you will be promoted to an Account Manager and eligible for sales commission.
