Interbiz Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for our IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 2–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, software solutions, or technology consulting. This role requires a consultative sales professional with excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IT services and software solutions.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision‑makers across various industries.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery, Technical, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Services, SaaS, or Software Sales.
  • Proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, cloud solutions, or technology services
    .
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing complete sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ability to build long‑term client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with US clients or international markets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
