Role Description

The Special Finance Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Tempe Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Kia in Tempe, AZ. In this position, the consultant works with customers who have special or non-traditional financing needs, guiding them through the vehicle selection and finance approval process. The role also involves following up with leads, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, and achieving sales and finance performance goals while adhering to all regulatory and dealership policies.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 Sales experience (or strong sales involvement in college).
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and people skills -- comfortable building rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachability
  • Basic computer/CRM proficiency (or willingness to learn)
  • No experience in special finance or auto sales required -- we'll train the right person
What You'll Do:
  • Work with appointment-based customers (no cold calling!)
  • Guide customers through credit inquiries to get them approved for vehicle purchases
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and manage the full sales cycle
  • Develop real, lasting customer relationships
