What you’ll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Producing in the middle of the band — about $210K annualized - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $600K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Coachable, Self. Disciplined, Respectful, Character and Morale Driven 18-40 years of age. Licensed in life insurance or not licensed is okay
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
