Account Manager - Inside Sales

Job Description Inside Sales Rep (Uncapped Commission) — $48,000 Draw + Commission

We’re hiring Inside sales representative who know how to hunt for business and won’t stop until they land it. This isn’t a desk job where you wait for leads to land in your inbox. You’re on the phone, building your own pipeline, and growing the accounts you bring in. We hire on attitude first. Some of our strongest reps come from construction, warehouse, delivery, military, and other hands‑on backgrounds where a day’s work earns a day’s pay — that same work ethic is exactly what this role rewards, just with a much higher ceiling.

• Make outbound calls daily to build a pipeline of new business from the ground up
• Manage and grow your own book of accounts
• Follow a structured onboarding: 2–3 weeks learning the CRM and process, then straight to the phones
• Track your own pipeline and follow‑ups without needing to be reminded
• Take feedback from coaching sessions and apply it immediately
• Follow the proven process, don’t try and reinvent the wheel

• Thick skin — you don't let a "no" get in your head
• A competitive streak — you keep score, even against yourself
• Comfortable with pay tied to performance, not just a flat hourly rate
• Organized and self-directed — you don't need someone standing over you to stay on task
• No sales degree or prior sales experience required

• $48,000 annual draw plus 100% commission — no cap on what you can earn
• Full paid training before you're expected to hit the phones
• Ongoing coaching and check‑ins through your first four months
• Uncapped commission, expect 12-18 months you can make $150k + (uncapped commission)
