Opendoor is seeking an Agent Home Sales Advisor to turn underwritten offers into signed contracts, partnering with agents and sellers to compare Opendoor's cash offers with traditional listings. This is a fast-paced, phone-first sales role with high volume and target-driven performance.
You'll manage offers through to contract, coordinate with operations to close, and adapt to seasonal demand, including some evenings and weekends. A real estate license is required or obtainable within 3 months.
