Regional Sales Manager – Foot & Ankle, Orthopedics

• Lead overall management of sales strategies and activities
• Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse team
• Provide ongoing performance management and mentorship
• Drive business results by setting and achieving territory objectives
• Lead acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships
• Manage sales and income targets for a portfolio of products
• Handle business expenses with fiscal responsibility

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required in Business, Marketing, Finance
• Minimum 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
• Previous experience in the Foot & Ankle market preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong Customer Understanding
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States
• Ability to travel (30% - 50%)
