Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing quotes, discussing options, and consulting with customers to meet their insurance needs while building relationships and driving sales.

• Follow up with prospects – leads are provided.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance partners.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales-and-service mindset.

• Insurance experience – Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Personal Insurance Sales experience: 1 year required.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage different projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and calm communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Organized, well‑planned approach to work.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
