Nick’s Menswear is looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor who can deliver strong personal sales results while helping set the standard on the sales floor.

This is a sales-first leadership role—not a traditional management position . You will spend most of your time working directly with clients, building relationships, styling complete looks, and driving sales. You will also have the authority to provide in-the-moment coaching, reinforce training, and serve as a trusted resource for the team.

This position is ideal for a successful salesperson who is ready for more responsibility and influence without stepping away from selling.

• Build relationships with clients and deliver a personalized, high-quality shopping experience
• Style clients for weddings, formal events, professional occasions, and everyday menswear
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals and lead through strong performance
• Help clients select complete looks, including suits, shirts, shoes, and accessories
• Provide in-the-moment coaching, guidance, and support to other sales associates
• Reinforce company sales processes, service standards, promotions, and training initiatives
• Take initiative and help maintain a productive, professional sales floor
• Serve as a reliable point of support when additional leadership presence is needed
• Assist with basic weekly store supply ordering

• At least two years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence approaching customers and guiding purchasing decisions
• A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• The ability to take initiative and make sound decisions on the sales floor
• Friday through Sunday availability and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule

• Previous experience as a sales lead, keyholder, senior sales associate, or shift leader
• Commission sales or specialty retail experience
• Experience in menswear, formal wear, luxury retail, hospitality, jewelry, or automotive sales
• An interest in continued leadership and career growth

Menswear experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach product knowledge, styling, and fit. We are looking for someone who already knows how to connect with people, earn trust, and confidently close a sale.
