I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a close-knit team of five. State Farm has deep roots in my family - my father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and my brother is also an agent. When the company I worked for was sold, I decided it was the right time to follow that family tradition and open an agency of my own.
I'm a graduate of Central Washington University and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity.
Being part of our community is incredibly important to us. Our agency works closely with local businesses, participates in community events, and stays actively involved in charitable initiatives throughout the year.
We offer a Simple IRA, 15 days of PTO, free snacks, family-friendly flexibility, and a strong commitment to work-life balance - including closing the office at 3:00 PM on Fridays. We also enjoy team-building events, outings, and big holiday celebrations throughout the year.
We've built a fun, energetic, family-like environment with a close-knit and long-tenured team that genuinely enjoys working together. I'm looking for someone who is positive, driven, hardworking, and always ready to step in and help. If you want to work hard, have fun, and be part of a team that supports one another, we'd love to meet you.
