DMD Systems Recovery, LLC. (DMD) provides IT Asset Disposition solutions with a focus on environmental and security standards. We are a certified B Corp in the Electronics and Sustainability field, located in Tempe Arizona, Austin TX and Palo Alto CA.

DMD Systems Recovery LLC, a leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD), is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our Inside Sales function from the ground up. You will aid in the design of the team's operating model, hire and train an initial cohort of reps, and establish how inside sales works day-to-day, from prospecting and pipeline standards to how the team partners with Field Sales.

This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who has stood up a sales team before and wants to shape a new function rather than inherit an existing one.

• Recruit, hire, and onboard the initial Inside Sales cohort, and continue building out the team as the function scales.
• Co-create the Inside Sales program from the ground up, including playbooks, prospecting and pipeline processes, tools, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to write andalign onclear rules of engagement, deal-routing criteria, and handoff processes between inside and enterprise motions.
• Build and deliver ongoing training on prospecting, product, and sales process, and coach reps to full productivity.
• Establish and lead accurate, forward-looking weekly forecasting, and manage the team against activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to align the Inside Sales function with broader company goals.

• Demonstrated ability to align sales processes across teams, including negotiating rules of engagement between inside and field sales motions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of coaching and developing sales talent.
• Proficiency with CRM software is required; we use Microsoft Dynamics, so familiarity is a plusbut not mandatory.
• Strong MS Office skills required; experience with Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator is a strong plus.

• Proven experience building and scaling aninside salesor SDR team from the ground up, including hiring, ramp design, and process creation.
• 3+ years managing a quota-carrying B2B sales team, with a track record of hitting team targets.
• Prior individual-contributor B2B sales experience with a genuine track record of net-new business development; ITAD, IT services, cloud, or related technology industries preferred.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

This full-time position reports to the Sales Director and is based in Tempe, AZ, with an in-person expectation of 4-5 days per week.

The role includes a base salary, bonus/commission, and a benefits package, with total on-target earnings of $160,000-$200,000.DMD is an equal opportunity employer and conducts pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
