- Generate and follow up on homeowner leads for roofing inspections and estimates
- Conduct roof assessments and clearly explain repair or replacement recommendations
- Prepare accurate proposals and close residential roofing sales opportunities
- Guide customers from initial interest through inspection, proposal, and close
- Help homeowners understand roof conditions and evaluate solution options
- Manage an active sales pipeline and represent the brand in residential sales conversations
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation for local client visits
- Experience selling residential roofing or exterior home improvement services (preferred)
- Experience conducting roof inspections or assessments (preferred)
- Experience working homeowner leads, follow-ups, and appointments (preferred)
- Experience explaining roof inspection findings to homeowners (preferred)
- Experience presenting estimates and proposals to homeowners (preferred)
- Experience closing residential roofing or home improvement sales opportunities (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in residential roofing sales, including conducting roof inspections, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Proficient in managing homeowner leads and guiding clients through the sales process while effectively communicating roof conditions and solutions.
