The Sales - Tour Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tempe, AZ. This role is responsible for consulting with music directors, ensemble leaders, and other clients to design tailored performance tours and festival experiences. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting sales outreach, responding to inquiries, advising on destinations and itineraries, preparing proposals and pricing, and guiding clients through each step of the booking process.

The consultant collaborates closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate tour details and a smooth customer experience from initial contact through post‑tour follow‑up. This position requires consistent in‑person communication, relationship‑building, and a strong focus on service and results.

• Valid passport and ability to travel
• Strong customer‑facing abilities, including Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Experience or knowledge in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism.
• Interest in or background with music, performing arts, or arts education.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet sales targets, and work effectively in an office environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or travel planning is preferred.
