What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Competitive, self‑motivated, and driven to exceed goals

Excitement for both recruiting and sales

Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and building new relationships

Someone who enjoys working with people and wants the opportunity to find their best‑fit career path within the company

Sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus

Hub Spot experience is a plus

What We Offer

$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
