Enterprise Sales Agent

A fast-growing, technology-enabled services organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Enterprise Sales Agent to join its inside sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in insurance, call centers, or high-volume customer service environments who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven settings. The Enterprise Sales Agent is responsible for handling warm inbound and outbound leads, providing customized quotes, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls Provide tailored product recommendations and accurate quotes Close new business and retain existing customer relationships Maintain accurate client records using a CRM platform Engage with pre-qualified prospects provided through internal lead generation tools Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals

Experience in inside sales, insurance sales, call center operations, or customer service Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Legally authorized to work in the United States Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
