Rotating shift every 6 months! Must be available to work days, swings and graves.

• Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients; produce detailed reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support corporate safety programs.
• Coordinate emergency responses and review incident reports to enhance safety.
• Utilize systems like CCURE and Genetec for monitoring and security management.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in contract security, military, law enforcement or corrections.
• Previous SOC experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Must possess a valid AZ Unarmed Guard Card and driver's license.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong commitment to security rules and safety protocols.
