Security Officer Corporate Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site protocols, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations;
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service-related needs as appropriate
