What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

* Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help control access, observe daily activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions.

* Support branch operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to security-related events, patrol activity, and/or customer service interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.

* Client requires proof of high school diploma/GED.

* Be 21+ years of age.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
