What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.

* Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to appropriate personnel, and supporting timely security-related communications.

* Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including tracking officer status, service requests, and key events throughout the shift.

* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting access-related activity and observing for conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
