• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security related procedures, location specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to appropriate personnel, and supporting timely security related communications.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including tracking officer status, service requests, and key events throughout the shift.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting access related activity and observing for conditions that may require follow up.

• Have at least 1 year of security related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
