Armed Program

All candidates selected for an armed position are required to go through our program to become an Armed Officer with Pal American Security. The program includes an in-class portion, on the range training, and simulation exercises to ensure you are prepared and qualified to be an Armed Security Officer. We provide all the equipment and training needed for an armed position.

A current armed license is not required to apply but is preferred.

In this role you will supervise, train, and lead security officers on‑site, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and termination following company policy.

• Maintain security and safety of designated work area.
• Patrol facility to ensure safety and security.
• Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews.
• Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site‑order changes.

• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to function well in high‑paced and stressful environments.
• Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of related supervisory experience.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
