Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor screening procedures, and/or document security-related concerns.;
Prepare detailed activity and incident reports, communicate with staff and/or visitors, and assist with directing emergency personnel when needed.
