As a Security Guard Healthcare Perimeter Rover in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms, use computer-based systems, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Mon: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Tue: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sat: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare laboratory setting.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of laboratory areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and/or visitor interactions.
• Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, and security-related issues to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
