As a Meat Cutter, your responsibilities include:

• Reading prep sheets
• Following Bubba’s 33 specifications
• Tracking product yield
• Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• Exhibiting teamwork
