Siding Apprentice - $18/hour
Full-Time | W2 | Urgently Hiring
Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, soffit & fascia. We're growing our in-house crews and looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the siding trade and build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead installers with siding and exterior installations
- Learn proper siding installation techniques and safety procedures
- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company quality standards and job site protocols
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
- Participate in hands-on training and skill development
- $18 per hour

What We're Looking For
- Interest in construction or exterior remodeling
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic hand/power tool familiarity (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork
- Standing, climbing, bending, kneeling throughout the day
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Construction or siding experience
- Exposure to fiber cement siding (James Hardie, Allura, Nichiha)
- Interest in growing into an Installer or Lead role
Salary Description
$18/hour
