• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC designs to understand the layout and requirements of the HVAC systems.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring they meet all safety regulations and standards.
• Conducting site inspections to assess the condition of HVAC systems and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
• Collaborating with architects and construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs seamlessly.
• Advising clients on the optimal HVAC systems to meet their needs, considering factors such as energy efficiency, cost, and space constraints.
• Conducting tests on installed HVAC systems to ensure they are working correctly and efficiently.
• Providing consultation and expert advice to clients on HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to procure necessary HVAC equipment and components.
• Training and mentoring junior HVAC installers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with ductwork installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using various HVAC tools and equipment for installation and repair.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients on HVAC system selection and maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.
• A commitment to safety, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• HVAC certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
