Finish Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Be a collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.
• Practice efficient and safe demolition to minimally impact customers.
• Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
• Prepare window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Complete exterior/interior finish work on all products.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Maintain good attendance record and punctuality.
• Understand and adhere to company and safety policies, proper lifting techniques and heat stress.
• Work safely with hand tools and gas-powered equipment.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control, and cost control.
• Basic knowledge of local city and state building codes.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clear driving record (if driving for the company).
• Ability to read prints.
• 3 or more years of experience as a framing or finish carpenter in residential or commercial brick and stucco applications.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Pay $23 - $24 hourly.
