Are you an experienced concrete carpenter who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and contributing to large-scale construction projects? Join a team working on commercial and industrial builds across the Valley, where your skills will directly shape durable, high-quality structures.
What You’ll Do- Perform concrete work on slabs, walls, columns, and structural elements.
- Set, align, and strip formwork systems (MEVA and gang forms preferred).
- Place, pour, and finish concrete surfaces, including architectural finishes.
- Assist with layout, material handling, and job site preparation.
- Support site cleanliness and organization to maintain efficiency and safety.
- Operate common concrete and carpentry tools such as forms, scaffolding, shovels, wheelbarrows, and finishing tools.
- Follow all job site safety standards and procedures.
- 6+ years of concrete carpentry experience.
- Strong skills in form setting, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, outdoor work.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on active construction sites.
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects (preferred).
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
- Experience on large-scale job sites such as advanced manufacturing facilities, battery storage/energy projects, high-rise or multi-story builds.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans.
- High attention to detail and commitment to clean, accurate, long-lasting work.
- Willingness to grow through apprenticeship and skills development programs.
- Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the Valley.
- Reliable transportation for early start times and changing job locations.

You’ll work on active construction sites throughout North Phoenix and the greater Valley, including major projects near 7th Street & Happy Valley Road.
- Typical schedule:
5:00 AM – 6:00 AM start times. - Standard 8‑hour shifts, with ~10% overtime depending on project needs.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Fast‑paced, construction environment.
- Daily use of formwork systems, concrete tools, and safety equipment.
- Proper construction attire required at all times.
- Strict adherence to job site safety protocols and PPE standards.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $63,440 – $71,760 per year.
