Integrated Security Solutions Technician – Tempe, AZWe are considering experienced applicants only. As a Technician, you will service commercial integrated security systems such as electronic access control, CCTV/video monitoring, and intrusion alarm systems.

Job Responsibilities- Service systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, parking revenue systems, and more.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
- Provide customer training and handle on‑site assessments for service needs.
- Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
- Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
- Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, part numbers, and descriptions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
