We are considering experienced applicants only. As a Technician, you will service commercial integrated security systems such as electronic access control, CCTV/video monitoring, and intrusion alarm systems.

• Service systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, parking revenue systems, and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on‑site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, part numbers, and descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
